This privacy notice describes how this website (hereinafter the “Website”) is managed with regard to the processing of personal data of users who consult it.

a) Browsing Data: The IT systems and software procedures used to operate this Website acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. International data transfers:
If necessary for the purposes referred to in Section 2, personal data may be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA). In such cases, the Data Controller ensures that transfers take place in compliance with Chapter V of the GDPR, by entering into agreements guaranteeing an adequate level of protection and/or adopting the Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR). 

Transfers will take place only where one of the following safeguards applies: 

  • transfer to countries subject to an adequacy decision by the European Commission; 
  • execution of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission with the non-EEA recipient. 

The Data Subject has the right to obtain a copy of such safeguards upon request to the Data Controller.
